Not surprisingly, following my trip to Japan, I am obsessed with matcha more than ever!
It is incredibly tasty, but also has incredible benefits. Did you know that one cup of matcha has a full daily dose of vitamin C? In addition, it is high in antioxidants, boosts memory and concentration and even boosts metabolism.
By just adding a teaspoon of matcha to your cup of hot water in the morning, you can better your lifestyle. This is definitely something I will be doing every day going forward.
After my first tea ceremony experience in Japan, I now feel like I can drink matcha while meditating each morning. I definitely suggest trying it out!
